Terms and conditions for the provision of online courses provided by PrePro Consult Ltd, accessible through the Thinkific platform. The services provided by PrePro Consult Ltd, to which these terms and conditions relate, are set out below. Users accept our terms and conditions by entering the course content. These terms and conditions may be changed or updated at any time. Regular viewing of this page is recommended. Access to the eLearning on this website is conditional upon your agreement to accept the application of the laws of England to govern matters between us in relation to this website and you agree to indemnify us and not hold us liable for the result foreseeable of any actions you may take based on the information contained herein. Access to the eLearning Courses
We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to your eLearning material, but access to the courses may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, or remove without notice any information in the material from time to time.
You agree to use the eLearning website only for lawful purposes. You must also use it in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else.
We do not give any guarantees, conditions or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content used by these products. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may come from your use of these products.
Any right to access the training course materials is personal to you and you may not transfer your rights to access the training course materials to another person unless we have consented in writing to you doing so.

Although PrePro Consult aims to provide the Services to the highest standards of the industry, neither it, nor its trainers accept any liability for (i) any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the courses or Handout Materials and any reliance by Client on any such information, (ii) any loss or corruption of data, (iii) any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or (iv) any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from any breach of the terms of this Agreement.
While we make every effort to keep the website up to date, we do not provide any guarantees, conditions, or warranties that the information will be: current; secure; accurate; complete; free from bugs or viruses. We do not give any warranty that the website is free from viruses or anything else, which may have a harmful effect on any technology. PrePro Consult makes no representation whatsoever regarding the content of any other websites, which you may access from the courses. A link to a non-PrePro Consult website does not mean that PrePro Consult endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such websites.
We publish impartial information about fire safety in the training materials on this website. This does not substitute independent legal advice. You should get professional or specialist advice before doing anything on the basis of the content.
Information about you
You agree that the information that you provide to us on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree that you will ensure it is kept accurate and up to date at all times. We may refuse to accept your application to register as a user for any reason in our absolute discretion.
Usernames and Passwords
When you register as a user of the eLearning you will be asked to select a username and password. You should keep your username and password confidential and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your username or password or if you believe that your username or password are no longer confidential. We reserve the right to require you to alter your username and password if we believe that they are no longer secure or for routine security.
Contract of Sale and Payment
In order to purchase and access the eLearning course, you must register as a user. When you purchase the course, you are accepting these terms. We shall have the right to decline or cancel your order. We reserve the right to withdraw at any time training courses advertised.
You agree to pay us the course fee. Course fees are quoted in pounds sterling, including VAT.
Use of Course Materials
In consideration of receipt by us of the course fee, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the training course materials for the sole purpose of personal home or work use.
Save as expressly set out in these Terms, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any of the training course materials. Any use of the training course materials not expressly permitted in these Terms is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of either our copyright or our other intellectual property rights, and / or the copyright or other intellectual property rights of our licensors.
The copyright in the material contained in the courses, together with the design, text and graphics and all software compilation belong to PrePro Consult. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without PrePro Consult’s written permission. Course content may not be downloaded, printed, or otherwise recorded.
If you download the course Handout material from our site, all the material and data are deemed to be licensed to you by PrePro Consult, for your personal, non-commercial use only. PrePro Consult does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights of the course and retains full and complete title to the courses as well as all the intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce or convert any of the material. PrePro Consult owns all trademarks and logos and you may not copy or use them in any manner.
We make every effort to check and test the website for viruses at every stage of production. You must make sure that the way you use the website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which can damage your computer system. We are not responsible for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system that might happen when you use the website.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
When accessing the PrePro online course, you must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material that’s malicious or technologically harmful. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to PrePro Consult’s website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack the PrePro Consult website in any way. This includes denial-of-service attacks. We will report any attacks or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the website to the relevant law enforcement authorities and share information about you with them.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of the PrePro online course (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We are not liable if we fail to comply with these terms and conditions because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We might decide not to exercise or enforce any right available to us under these terms and conditions. We can always decide to exercise or enforce that right at a later date. Doing this once will not mean we automatically waive the right on any other occasion. If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions will still apply.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the website and your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
